Terms of Use

These terms govern use of this website. They are not the terms of any sale — supply is governed by the written contract concluded for each individual shipment.

Trade customers only

This website is directed exclusively at businesses purchasing for resale, distribution or professional use. It is not a consumer offering. No consumer checkout exists, no goods can be purchased through this site, and nothing here constitutes an offer to sell alcohol to a private individual.

Alcohol products must only be purchased, imported, distributed and sold in accordance with applicable local law. Confirming that you hold the licences and authorisations required in your market is your responsibility, not ours.

Nothing here is an offer

Product listings, specifications, availability indications and any figures shown on this website are provided for information. They do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract arises from submitting an inquiry.

A binding supply obligation arises only when a written quotation is issued by Alpes ZH Beverage Trading B.V., accepted by the buyer, and confirmed by us in writing.

Availability and specification

Product availability is subject to stock, destination, packaging specification, applicable trademark rights and territorial distribution restrictions. Specifications shown — including alcoholic strength, packaging configuration, shelf life and production origin — vary between markets and production sites, and are confirmed against the specific SKU offered at quotation stage.

Where a value is not published on this site, it is because it has not been verified for the SKU in question. We do not populate unknown specifications with plausible defaults.

Trademarks and independent trading status

Product names, trademarks and brand logos displayed on this website belong to their respective owners. Alpes ZH Groothandel is an independent wholesaler and does not claim to be an authorized distributor, representative or affiliate of any trademark owner unless expressly stated.

References to brands describe goods we are able to procure and supply within applicable legal limits. They are not claims of authorisation, endorsement, partnership or exclusivity.

Territorial restrictions and destination compliance

Branded beer is frequently subject to territorial distribution arrangements which differ between the brand owner and the rights holder in a given destination. Where a requested destination engages such a restriction, the inquiry is reviewed before any quotation is issued.

Import licensing, labeling, excise and alcohol regulations are destination-specific and must be confirmed before shipment. Determining and satisfying the requirements applicable at the destination is the buyer's responsibility.

Accuracy and liability

We take reasonable care over the accuracy of the information on this website, but trade conditions, stock positions and product specifications change. Information here is provided without warranty and may be updated without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on website content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability arising in connection with an actual supply contract is governed by that contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and disputes relating to them are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts. Individual supply contracts may specify a different governing law or dispute mechanism, in which case that contract prevails for matters arising under it.

This document is prepared as an operating baseline and has not been reviewed by external counsel. It should be reviewed against Dutch and EU law, and against the law of any market the company actively sells into, before the site is published commercially.
